GUESTBOOK |
The pictures of ground zero were taken some three years later. Scott’s name is listed on the huge plaque of “The Heroes of September 11, 2001” which was constructed on a fence located just outside of ground zero. The inside photographs were taken at the Family Viewing Room which was set up at 1 Liberty Plaza. Scott’s wedding picture with Liz had originally been placed on a fence surrounding ground zero just days after the horrific event. The City of New York collected everyone’s photographs and pieces of paper from that location and placed them inside this room which later was known as the Family Viewing Room. The room was only available to family members who lost a loved one on 9-11. Scott’s photograph endured months in the open at ground zero, then months in a trailer overlooking ground zero and then to Family Viewing Room and eventually his picture will be included at the 9-11 museum located at ground zero.
